- 1kg soft tofu
- Small handful of chives
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of sesame seeds

Place the soft tofu in a pot.

Chop a small handful of chives into fine pieces.

Add 100–150ml of water to the pot and bring to a boil.

Mix red pepper flakes, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, corn syrup, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and minced garlic to make the sauce.

Pour the chive sauce over the tofu and serve hot.
