Noodles
- 150g somen noodles
Meat
- 150g pork belly slices
Tofu
- 150g firm tofu
Vegetables
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 50g chives
- 100g bean sprouts
Condiments
- 100g kimchi
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 600ml water
BƯỚC
Boil water in a pot and cook somen noodles for 1 minute less than the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Cut tofu into bite-sized pieces. Trim chives and cut into 5cm lengths. Slice garlic thinly and remove the core with a toothpick.
Cut pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil and garlic in a pot over low heat until fragrant. Add pork and stir-fry over medium heat until the meat changes color.
Add sake, salt, chicken stock powder, water, and kimchi to the pot. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer over low heat for 7-8 minutes.
Increase heat to medium and add tofu and bean sprouts. Cook for 2 minutes, then add somen noodles and chives. Cook briefly.
