- 🦐 100g peeled shrimp

- 15 shelled broad beans

- 1 piece hanpen fish cake
- 1 tbsp potato starch

- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sake

Boil the broad beans in salted water, peel them, cut in half, and coat with 1/2 tbsp potato starch.
Rub peeled shrimp with sake and grated ginger, then coat with 1/2 tbsp potato starch.
In a bowl, crumble the hanpen fish cake, add the broad beans, shrimp, and soy sauce, and mix well.
Shape the mixture into patties.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add the patties, and cook until golden brown. Flip, cover with a lid, and cook on low to medium heat for 15 minutes.
