- 🍚 1 cup soaked rice
Vegetables
- 135g fresh broad beans
Seasoning
- 5cm dried kombu
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
Water
- 💧 As needed water

Add soaked rice, sake, salt, and water up to the 1-cup mark in a rice cooker. Place kombu on top and cook as usual.
Remove broad beans from pods and make a small cut at the black seam. Place beans in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Let cool and peel the skins.
Once rice is cooked, remove kombu and mix gently. Add broad beans and fold them into the rice.
