- 200g rice cakes
- 200g sausages
Sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 💧 2 tbsp water

Prepare the rice cakes and sausages.
Soak the rice cakes in water until submerged.
Microwave the soaked rice cakes for 3 minutes.
Alternate rice cakes and sausages on skewers.
Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the skewers until golden brown.
Prepare the sauce by combining gochujang, sugar, ketchup, garlic, and water in a pan.
Simmer the sauce on low heat until slightly thickened.
Brush the cooked skewers with the sauce evenly.
Optionally, sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish.
