- 300g pork belly
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 1 tbsp rice wine
Aromatics
- 🧄 10 cloves garlic
Sauce
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp honey
- 0.3 tsp ginger powder
- 0.5 tbsp sesame oil
- 0.5 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
BƯỚC
Pat dry the pork belly with paper towels and cut into bite-sized pieces. Marinate with rice wine, salt, and ground pepper.
Slice garlic into 2-3 pieces each and set aside.
Heat a pan and stir-fry the marinated pork belly until fully cooked.
Transfer the cooked pork to a separate dish.
Add a little cooking oil to the pan and stir-fry the sliced garlic until fragrant.
Add soy sauce, honey, rice wine, mirin, and ginger powder to the pan and bring to a boil.
Add the cooked pork back into the pan and simmer until the sauce thickens and coats the pork.
Finish with sesame oil and sesame seeds, then serve.
