Main Ingredients
- 1 block tofu
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1-2 tbsp cooking oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 3 tbsp water
- 1 chopped chili
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp corn syrup
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 pinch black pepper

Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Place the tofu on a paper towel, sprinkle with salt, and let it sit for 5 minutes to remove excess moisture.
Mix all the sauce ingredients in a bowl: soy sauce, water, chili, garlic, corn syrup, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and pepper.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and pan-fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides.
Pour the sauce over the tofu and simmer on high heat until the sauce reduces by half.
