- 🦑 1/2 squid, cleaned and sliced
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced
- 🥒 1 zucchini, sliced
- 🥕 1 carrot, sliced
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- A pinch of sesame seeds
BƯỚC
Clean the squid under running water, remove the skin, and slice it into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the onion, zucchini, and carrot into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pan, add minced garlic, and sauté the vegetables until slightly softened.
Add the squid to the pan, then season with soy sauce, corn syrup, and oyster sauce. Stir-fry on high heat until the squid is cooked through.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
