- 2 sausages (40g)
- 60g cooked soybeans
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/3 carrot (50g), diced
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g), diced

- 🧈 5g salted butter
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp consommé powder
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 400ml water
BƯỚC
Dice the carrot and onion into 1cm cubes.
Slice the sausages into 1cm pieces.
Heat butter in a pot over medium heat. Add carrot, onion, and sausage. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent.
Add consommé, salt, pepper, soybeans, and water. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 3-4 minutes until the carrot is tender.
