Main Ingredients
- 1 can spam
- 🧅 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
Sauce Ingredients
- 🍅 4 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
BƯỚC
Prepare the spam, onion, and bell pepper by dicing them into bite-sized pieces.
Mix ketchup, gochujang, soy sauce, corn syrup, sugar, cooking wine, garlic, sesame oil, and sesame seeds in a bowl to create the sauce.
Heat a pan with a small amount of canola oil and cook the spam on low heat until the fat renders and it turns golden.
Increase the heat to high and add the diced onion and bell pepper. Stir-fry until slightly softened.
Pour the prepared sauce into the pan and stir-fry quickly until everything is well coated. Turn off the heat.
