- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) cooked rice
- 🍤 200g peeled shrimp
- 🥑 1/2 avocado, diced
- 1/2 bag baby leaf greens
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp salad oil
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Chopped seaweed to taste
Seasoning
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp chili paste

Season peeled shrimp with salt and pepper, then coat with cornstarch. Dice avocado into 2cm cubes.

Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Add shrimp and stir-fry until they turn white. Add seasoning ingredients and stir to coat.

Serve rice in bowls, top with baby leaf greens, avocado, and shrimp. Drizzle remaining sauce from the pan, add mayonnaise and chopped seaweed.
