Main Ingredients
- 🥔 600g potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 2-3 tbsp perilla oil
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 💧 300ml water

Peel and slice the potatoes into thick pieces, about 1cm thick.

Heat 2-3 tbsp of perilla oil in a pan.

Add the potatoes to the pan and stir-fry until the edges turn translucent.

Mix the seasoning ingredients (gochujang, soy sauce, garlic, sugar, corn syrup, and water) and pour over the potatoes.

Simmer the potatoes until the sauce thickens and the potatoes are fully cooked.
