- 1 bowl leftover japchae
- 🥬 1 cup chopped kimchi
- 500ml anchovy stock
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
- 1 chili pepper, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic

Slice the green onion and chili pepper into small pieces.

Heat sesame oil in a pot and stir-fry the chopped kimchi.

Add anchovy stock to the pot and bring it to a boil.
