- 🍗 150g ground chicken
Vegetables
- 🧅 2 stalks green onion, cut into 3cm pieces
- 1 block konjac, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 chili, finely chopped
- 🌰 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp miso
BƯỚC
Cut green onion into 3cm pieces. Slice konjac thinly. Remove stem and seeds from chili, then chop finely.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over low heat. Add ground chicken and chili, then stir-fry over medium heat until chicken changes color.
Add konjac and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Add sake, mirin, soy sauce, and miso. Stir-fry until the liquid evaporates. Add green onion and stir briefly.
Plate the dish and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
