Main Ingredients
- 🍄 2 packs oyster mushrooms
- 🥔 3 potatoes
- 🧅 1 onion
- 1 green chili
- 🥩 400g thinly sliced beef
Broth Ingredients
- 🐟 1 handful dried anchovies
- 2 sheets kombu (10cm each)
- 🌱 1 stalk green onion
- 🥗 1/6 radish
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp plum syrup
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧂 to taste salt
- a pinch black pepper
BƯỚC
Prepare the broth by boiling dried anchovies, kombu, radish, and green onion in water for 20–30 minutes.
While the broth is boiling, prepare the vegetables by slicing the mushrooms, potatoes, onion, and green chili.
Mix the seasoning ingredients: gochujang, chili powder, soy sauce, minced garlic, plum syrup, cooking wine, and black pepper.
Strain the broth, keeping the radish if desired, and discard the rest of the solids.
Add the potatoes to the broth and cook until slightly tender. Then add the mushrooms, onion, and green chili.
Add the prepared seasoning to the pot and stir well. Simmer until all ingredients are cooked through.
Add the thinly sliced beef to the pot and cook briefly until just done.
Serve the hot pot with rice or noodles. Optionally, finish the meal with fried rice using the leftover broth.
