- 150g water parsley
- 🐙 300g octopus
Seasoning Ingredients
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 3 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 🧅 1 tbsp minced green onion
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- a dash of sesame oil
- a dash of sesame seeds

Cut the water parsley into 5cm lengths.

Blanch the octopus in boiling water.

Rinse the blanched octopus in cold water and remove excess water.

Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl to create the sauce.
