- 🍤 150g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 green onion, minced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp doubanjiang
Sauce
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp chili oil
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 80ml water

Mince the green onion. Remove the vein from the shrimp and pat dry. In a bowl, mix shrimp with salt, pepper, and sake, then coat with cornstarch.

Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic, ginger, doubanjiang, and green onion, sauté until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook until color changes.

Add sauce ingredients and stir until thickened. Serve over bowls of rice.
