- 100g ground pork
Vegetables
- 4 okra pods
Noodles
- 30g glass noodles
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp doubanjiang
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 150ml water
BƯỚC
Rub okra with a pinch of salt, rinse with water, trim the ends, and cut diagonally in half.
Heat half of the sesame oil in a pan, add ground pork, ginger, garlic, and doubanjiang, and stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add okra to the pan and stir briefly. Add the sauce ingredients and bring to a boil. Add glass noodles and simmer on low heat for 4–5 minutes until noodles are tender.
Add the remaining sesame oil and mix well before serving.
