Main Ingredients
- 1 piece fish cake (100g)
- 🥬 200g cabbage, chopped
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
Seasoning
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
BƯỚC
Cut the fish cake into 1cm cubes.
Chop the cabbage into 2cm squares and cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, doubanjiang, sesame seeds) in a bowl.
Place the cabbage and 1 tbsp of water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain excess water.
Add the seasoning mixture to the cabbage and mix well. Add the fish cake and cherry tomatoes, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave again for 1 minute. Mix before serving.
