- 🦐 1 cup mixed seafood
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
- 🥬 1/2 cup chopped bok choy
- 🧅 1/2 cup sliced onion
- 🧄 3 cloves sliced garlic
- 1/4 cup sliced bell pepper
- 🍄 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp pepper
BƯỚC
Cut vegetables into small pieces and thaw the mixed seafood. Slice garlic into thin pieces.
Prepare the sauce by mixing gochujang, chili powder, soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, and oligosaccharide.
Boil the udon noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic. Add chili powder and stir to create a spicy base.
Add seafood and vegetables to the pan and stir-fry until cooked.
Add the boiled udon noodles and prepared sauce to the pan. Stir-fry until evenly coated.
Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil and serve hot.
