- 1/2 pack of bok choy, chopped
- 2 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
Seafood
- 🍤 10 peeled shrimp
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs
Cooking Oils
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil for eggs
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil for vegetables
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 1 tbsp water
BƯỚC
Cut the bok choy into 3cm pieces, quarter the stems lengthwise, and roughly chop the leaves. Slice the shiitake mushrooms and devein the shrimp.
Beat the eggs in a bowl. Heat the salad oil for eggs in a pan, pour in the eggs, stir while cooking, and remove once cooked.
Mix all seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, doubanjiang, water) in a bowl.
Heat the salad oil for vegetables in a pan, stir-fry the bok choy stems and shiitake mushrooms over medium heat.
Add the shrimp and stir-fry briefly until cooked. Pour in the mixed seasoning, add the bok choy leaves and cooked eggs, and stir-fry until the bok choy leaves are wilted.
