Main Ingredients
- 1/2 block tofu
- 1 squid
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1 green onion
- 1/2 handful glass noodles
- 🥕 1 carrot
- 1 zucchini
Seasonings
- 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
- 1.5 tbsp cooking oil
- 3 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2.5 tbsp red pepper paste
- 5 tbsp corn syrup
- 1.5 tbsp rice wine
- 1.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 0.3 tbsp minced ginger
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 pinch sesame seeds
BƯỚC
Prepare all ingredients and soak glass noodles for 30 minutes.
Slice tofu into flat pieces and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
Mix all seasoning ingredients to create the sauce.
Slice squid and onion into thin strips, and cut carrot and zucchini into flat slices. Chop green onion into 5 cm pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and fry tofu until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add cooking oil and stir-fry squid and vegetables for 1 minute.
Add the prepared sauce to the pan and reduce to medium heat.
Add soaked glass noodles and let the dish simmer until the noodles are fully cooked.
