Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 can (150g) canned tuna
- 1 pack konjac noodles
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- A dash of sesame oil
BƯỚC
Blanch the konjac noodles in boiling water, rinse with cold water, and drain.
Chop the onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper into small pieces.
Heat the tuna oil in a pan and lightly sauté the onion.
Add the tuna, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, gochujang, oyster sauce, mirin, sugar, and pepper. Stir-fry until well combined.
Add the konjac noodles and stir-fry briefly. Turn off the heat and finish with a dash of sesame oil.
