Main Ingredients
- 1 block tofu
- 1 small can tuna
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 1/2 green chili
- 1/2 red chili
- 1/2 stalk green onion
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 2-3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- A drizzle of sesame oil
BƯỚC
Prepare the seasoning mix by combining gochujang, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, minced garlic, black pepper, and sugar.
Cut the tofu into slices, pat dry with a paper towel, and sprinkle with salt. Pan-fry the tofu in oil until golden on both sides.
Layer the pan-fried tofu with tuna, chopped onion, green chili, and red chili.
Pour the seasoning mix over the tofu and add enough water to submerge the tofu. Simmer until the liquid reduces.
Before removing from heat, add chopped green onion, drizzle corn syrup and sesame oil, and mix with the sauce. Pour evenly over the tofu.
