Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 bag spinach
- 🍄 1/4 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Meat
- 🥓 2 slices bacon
Condiments
- 🧈 15g salted butter
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp consomme powder
- 🧈 10g salted butter (for finishing)

- 🍝 100g spaghetti
BƯỚC
Cut spinach into bite-sized lengths and bacon into 2cm strips.
Trim the root of shimeji mushrooms and separate them. Slice garlic thinly.
Boil water in a pot, cook spaghetti according to package instructions, and drain.
Heat butter and garlic in a frying pan, add bacon and shimeji mushrooms, and stir-fry over medium heat until mushrooms soften. Add spinach and stir-fry.
Add consomme, reserved pasta water, soy sauce, and spaghetti to the pan. Mix well.
Add finishing butter and stir until melted. Serve immediately.
