- 🥬 100g spinach
Meat
- 🥓 2–3 strips bacon
Oil and Seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧄 5–6 cloves sliced garlic
- A dash of oyster sauce
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
BƯỚC
Wash the spinach thoroughly and blanch it in boiling water with a pinch of salt. Then transfer to cold water briefly and squeeze out excess moisture.
Chop the spinach into smaller pieces as desired.
Slice the garlic into thin pieces.
Heat olive oil in a pan.
Add the sliced garlic to the pan and sauté until lightly golden.
Chop the bacon into small pieces.
Add the bacon to the pan with the garlic and cook until the bacon is crispy and the garlic is golden brown.
Add the spinach to the pan and stir-fry everything together.
Season with oyster sauce or a pinch of salt, adjusting to taste.
Plate the stir-fried spinach and bacon mixture.
Optionally, fry two eggs sunny-side up and serve alongside the dish.
