- 🥬 200g spinach
Seafood
- 🐟 190g canned mackerel in water
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
BƯỚC
Trim the spinach roots, wash in water, and drain. Cut into 4cm pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add canned mackerel, and stir-fry over medium heat to break it apart. Spread spinach over the mackerel, cover with a lid, and steam for 30 seconds.
Remove the lid, stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until spinach softens. Add salt and pepper, and mix well.
