Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (400g)
Fish
- 🐟 1 fillet of fresh salmon (100g)
Egg
- 🥚 2 beaten eggs
Vegetable
- 🥬 100g spinach
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
BƯỚC
Cut the spinach into bite-sized pieces after removing the roots.
Heat half of the salad oil in a pan, add beaten eggs, stir gently, and remove when semi-cooked.
In the same pan, heat the remaining oil, cook the salmon until both sides are browned and cooked through. Remove, discard skin and bones, and flake the salmon.
Reheat the pan, add spinach, and stir-fry until wilted. Add rice and stir until evenly mixed and fluffy.
Add sake, dashi powder, and soy sauce, stir to combine. Return the eggs and salmon to the pan, mix briefly, and season with salt and pepper.
