- 🐟 1 can (70g) tuna in oil
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g spinach
Seasoning
- 3g salted kombu
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
Garnish
- 🌰 1/2 tsp white sesame seeds
BƯỚC
Wash the spinach and lightly drain. Wrap it tightly with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Rinse with water, squeeze out excess moisture, trim the roots slightly, and cut into 5cm pieces.
In a bowl, combine the spinach, salted kombu, soy sauce, and canned tuna. Mix well.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
