- 🍗 300g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🥬 250g spring cabbage
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning for Chicken
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang
Garnish
- Chopped green onion, as needed
BƯỚC
Remove the core of the spring cabbage and cut into large bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the onion.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, combine the chicken, onion, and seasoning ingredients (☆), then massage and let sit for 5 minutes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and onion mixture, and cook until the chicken changes color. Cover with a lid and steam over low heat for 3 minutes.
Add the cabbage and stir-fry over medium heat for 2 minutes. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
