Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 200cc water
- 🥛 200cc unsweetened soy milk
- 2 tbsp miso paste

Remove the hard core from the spring cabbage and cut into bite-sized pieces.

In a pot, heat water and dashi powder over medium heat until boiling. Add cabbage and corn, then simmer for 1–2 minutes until softened.

Add soy milk and miso paste, then turn off the heat. Stir until the miso is fully dissolved and the soup is well mixed.
