- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp miso
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic

Prepare the squid by removing the innards carefully without breaking them. Clean the squid, remove the cartilage, and pat dry. Slice the body into 1cm strips and prepare the tentacles by removing the beak and cutting them into shorter pieces.
In a bowl, squeeze the squid innards and mix with mirin, sake, miso, and grated garlic.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over low heat. Add the squid and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the seasoning mixture and stir-fry briefly.
