- 🥬 1/4 head cabbage
Seasoning
- 100 ml doenjang (soybean paste)
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🧅 1 tbsp minced green onion
BƯỚC
Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage.
Cut the cabbage into quarters.
Boil water and add the cabbage without covering the pot.
Cook for about 10 minutes and check with chopsticks. If they pierce through easily, it's done.
Cool the cabbage in cold water.
Drain the cabbage by flipping it upside down.
Mix doenjang, chili powder, garlic, corn syrup, cooking wine, minced green onion, mayonnaise, and sesame oil to make ssamjang.
Taste a piece of cabbage with the ssamjang.
