- 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
Protein
- 🍗 150g chicken breast (skinless)
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
Topping
- Seaweed flakes, as needed

Cut garlic chives into 3cm pieces and separate shimeji mushrooms from their base.
Slice chicken breast into thin strips.
In a microwave-safe container, combine chicken, mushrooms, sake, salt, and pepper. Mix lightly, then add garlic chives. Cover loosely with plastic wrap.
Microwave at 600W for 5 minutes. Drain excess liquid and let cool slightly.
Mix in concentrated soy sauce and serve on a plate topped with seaweed flakes.
