- 200g nanohana (rapeseed greens)
Seasonings
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 50cc sake
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 🧈 10g salted butter

Cut nanohana into 3cm pieces and slice the garlic.

Place nanohana, clams, and garlic into a frying pan. Add sake and soy sauce.

Cover with a lid and steam over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes until the clams open.
