Protein
- 🐖 100g thinly sliced pork belly
Tofu
- 1 piece (200g) atsuage tofu
Vegetables
- 3 bell peppers (90g), chopped
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 1 tsp grated ginger
BƯỚC
Cut the pork belly into 3cm wide pieces.
Slice the atsuage tofu into 5mm thick pieces after halving it lengthwise. Chop the bell peppers into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork belly and stir-fry until the color changes. Add atsuage tofu and stir-fry for 2 minutes, then add bell peppers and stir briefly.
Add the seasoning mixture (sugar, sake, soy sauce, doubanjiang, and ginger) and stir-fry to combine.
