Meat
- 100g ground pork
Tofu
- 2 pieces fried tofu (280g)
Vegetables
- 1 stalk bok choy (100g)
Oil and Seasoning
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp chili bean paste
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/3 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 200cc water
Thickening Agent
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 1/2 tbsp water
BƯỚC
Cut bok choy into quarters lengthwise and slice stems into six wedges.
Pat fried tofu with paper towels to remove excess oil.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Add ground pork, garlic, and ginger, and stir-fry until the pork changes color. Add chili bean paste and stir until combined.
Add sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, water) and bring to a boil. Tear tofu into bite-sized pieces and add to the pan. Cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add bok choy stems and bring to a boil over medium heat. Cover and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes until tender.
Add bok choy leaves and simmer briefly. Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook until the sauce thickens. Drizzle sesame oil on top before serving.
