Main Ingredients
- 🐖 200g sliced pork
- 200g bok choy
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, sliced
- 100g enoki mushrooms
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
BƯỚC
Cut bok choy into stems and leaves. Slice stems into 2cm pieces and leaves into thirds. Slice carrot thinly. Trim and separate enoki mushrooms.
Place pork in a bag with marinade ingredients (sake, salt, pepper, ginger) and massage. Add cornstarch and massage again.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add grated garlic and stir-fry.
Add bok choy stems and carrot to the pan. Stir-fry until softened. Add enoki mushrooms and stir-fry until tender.
Add bok choy leaves and sauce ingredients (sake, salt, chicken stock powder). Stir-fry until well combined.
