- 🥬 300g cabbage

- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

Separate the cabbage leaves from the core. Cut the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the cabbage core into thin strips about 5 cm long.
Slice the sausages diagonally.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the cabbage core and sausages.
Once the cabbage core softens, add the cabbage leaves and stir-fry. Add curry powder, ketchup, and salt and pepper, then mix well.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
