- 3 bell peppers
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sake
- 🍬 Pinch of sugar
BƯỚC
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and stems, and slice into bite-sized pieces. Julienne the ginger.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ginger and stir-fry until fragrant. Add chicken and cook until fully cooked. Add bell peppers and stir-fry over high heat briefly. Add the seasoning mixture and stir to combine.
