Main Ingredients
- 400g fish cake
- 300g shishito peppers
- 🧄 7 cloves garlic, sliced
- A pinch of sesame seeds
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1 tbsp oligo syrup
- 1 tbsp perilla oil

Remove the stems from the shishito peppers, wash them, and pierce them with a fork or toothpick. Slice the garlic.
Pour boiling water over the fish cake to remove excess oil, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients to prepare the sauce.
Heat oil in a pan, sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the shishito peppers and stir-fry until slightly softened. Add the fish cake and stir-fry together.
Add the prepared sauce and mix well while stir-frying. Finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
