- 100g mizuna, chopped
- 🥔 300g potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
Seafood
- 50g mentaiko, inner content removed
Condiments
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

- 1 tbsp salad oil

Cut mizuna into bite-sized pieces. Peel and quarter the potatoes, then slice them thinly. Soak the potato slices in water for 5 minutes and drain.
Make a cut in the mentaiko and remove the inner contents.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the potatoes and stir-fry until tender.
Add mentaiko and stir briefly. Then add mizuna and soy sauce, stir-frying quickly to combine.
