- 1 piece (25g) cod roe

- 1 tsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce

Cut the napa cabbage in half lengthwise, then slice into 1cm wide pieces.
Make a slit in the cod roe skin and extract the contents.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Once it starts melting, add the napa cabbage and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until softened.
Add the seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce) and cod roe, then stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.
