Vegetables
- 🍄 3 clusters of oyster mushrooms
- 🥬 2 heads of bok choy
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
- 3 green chilies, sliced
- 1 red chili, sliced
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
BƯỚC
Slice green chilies and red chili thinly. Julienne the onion and carrot. Tear oyster mushrooms into strips and rinse lightly. Cut bok choy into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a pan and add oyster mushrooms, sliced onion, carrot, green chili, and red chili. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
Stir-fry until the onion becomes slightly translucent.
Add bok choy and stir-fry briefly.
Cook for a short time until bok choy is slightly wilted. Serve immediately.
