- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥒 1 cucumber
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- to taste white sesame seeds
- to taste chili oil
☆ Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
BƯỚC
Cut off both ends of the cucumber, then slice it into thirds horizontally and quarters vertically.
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then add the pork and stir-fry until the meat changes color.
Add the ☆ seasonings to the pan and stir-fry together. Then add vinegar and stir briefly.
Remove the pan from heat and mix in the cucumber.
Plate the dish, drizzle with chili oil, and sprinkle white sesame seeds on top.
