- 150g ground pork
Vegetables
- 100g chopped komatsuna
- 1/2 red paprika, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
BƯỚC
Cut the komatsuna into 3cm pieces, separating stems and leaves. Slice the red paprika thinly.
Mix the sake, soy sauce, and gochujang in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add ground pork and grated garlic, cooking until the pork changes color.
Add the komatsuna stems and red paprika to the pan. Stir-fry until coated with oil.
Pour in the sauce and stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.
Add the komatsuna leaves and stir-fry for 1 minute.
