Vegetables
- 200g tatsoi, chopped
Protein
- 30g fried tofu, sliced
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 100ml water
BƯỚC
Chop the tatsoi into bite-sized pieces. Pat the fried tofu with a paper towel to remove excess oil, then cut it in half horizontally and slice into 1cm strips.
Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the tatsoi and stir-fry until it becomes tender.
Add the fried tofu and all the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water) to the pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
