Heat a pan with a small amount of olive oil over low heat. Fry the tofu until golden brown on one side, then flip and fry the other side until crispy.

In another pan, heat olive oil and sauté the sliced onion until caramelized. If using the same pan, temporarily remove the tofu and sauté the onion.

Spread the prepared seasoning mixture evenly over the fried tofu. Simmer on low heat until the tofu absorbs the flavors.

Plate the tofu and garnish with the sautéed onions. Serve warm.
