Noodles
- 150g somen noodles
Vegetables
- 2 sudachi, thinly sliced
- 1 myoga, thinly sliced
- 6 shishito peppers
Condiments
- 2 tbsp salad oil
- 100ml concentrated mentsuyu
- 💧 300ml water
BƯỚC
Thinly slice the sudachi and myoga.
Heat salad oil in a pan and cook shishito peppers until browned.
Boil somen noodles according to package instructions, rinse with cold water, and drain.
Mix mentsuyu and water in a container to prepare the dipping sauce.
Serve somen noodles in a bowl, pour the sauce over, and top with sudachi, myoga, and shishito peppers.
