- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 160g chrysanthemum greens
- 1 piece ginger, julienned
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
BƯỚC
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the chrysanthemum greens into 4cm lengths and julienne the ginger.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add pork belly and ginger, and stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add chrysanthemum greens and stir-fry until wilted. Add the seasoning mixture (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) and mix well to coat everything evenly.
